Okay, I want to work on drinking all my water, especially on days I'm NOT at work.

I also want to get back in the habit of exercising every school day (and fitting it in on the weekends too!)

2. Eat smaller portions
3. Only eat when I am getting hungary
4. Eat only at the kitchen table

The following are some changes I would like to make:
Eat more slowly, concentrating on the food at hand.
Don't allow myself to get too hungry and eat part of my meal as I fix the rest.
Don't "test" when I am cooking- it all adds up.

there are so many lifestyle changes I still want to change

Here are some:

1. Eat slower
2. ENJOY exercise!
3. Think like a thin person (who never thinks of foods at all and eats only when hungry)
4. Eat only at the kitchen table
5. Eat 10 servings of vegetables and fruits every day (mostly vegetables)



I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!

possible for you to make permamently (for example, daily exercise, drinking more water, watching serving sizes...etc...)

Work on one change at a time, untill it becomes a habit.
