Every doctor I've ever had has told me that the popular imperative to drink 64 oz of water in addition to my normal liquid intake was unnecessary from a health point of view. I drink lots of coffee, soda and tea, and eat lots of what WW now calls "filling foods", and seldom actually feel thirsty, and all without drinking much actual water. That food list is a real eye opener as to why. Thanks!

Also very interesting is the % of water in milk and orange juice, no wonder we can count all liquids now!
