Every doctor I've ever had has told me that the popular imperative to drink 64 oz of water in addition to my normal liquid intake was unnecessary from a health point of view. I drink lots of coffee, soda and tea, and eat lots of what WW now calls "filling foods", and seldom actually feel thirsty, and all without drinking much actual water. That food list is a real eye opener as to why. Thanks!

Goes well together with WW momentum plan - Filling foods high in fiber and WATER.

P.17 of Start eating Smarter, book one Momentum says:

Filling foods keep hunger at bay longer.
They're great sources of protein, or they're packed with WATER, fiber and sometimes air - elements that fill you up and keep you satisfied.
