I, Mimi, will commit in November to move/exercise minimum of 5 days each week.
I'll not commit to certain minutes of exercise per day, but will commit to exercise/move.
I'll also commit to eat healthy and watch my portions control.

i plan to go hardcore weight watchers this month (no cheating!), add more water to my day, and incorporate more exercise into my personal time

I, Irene will commit to controlling my portions. I will pay attention to when & why I eat. I will make healthful food choices.

Good morning all,

Well here it is a new month. Time is going so fast. My goal for November is stay O.P., attend my weekly W.W. mtg. & loose 5 lbs.

Today is a new day, anew month, a start to be a new you!!!!!!
