I actually only eat 2 of these regularly.
I never thought of trying barley instead of rice in a dish. Must try that.

I'm proud to say I eat all of those, except for kale. But I get leafy greens other ways - in spinach, arugula, brocoli, for example. I find I like raw vegetables much better than cooked and I eat many more of them that way.
I started using avocado actually as my spread on what little bread I eat, instead of butter. It's good!
Whenever possible, be kind. It's always possible.
im sorry to say that i only eat one or 2 of those things, i guess i have to work on expanding my menus

I eat most all of these, but I don't know where to find Soy beans. I do eat Soy nuts. Is that the same?
