I would brown some turkey sausage with a half of a chopped onion, add the seasoning but bump up the chili powder to 2tbs. Add a tsp of coriander, a half cup of low sodium chicken broth and a half cup of of low sodium tomato sauce, a tsp of splenda and 2 tsp of cider vinegar. Cook till thickened. Then I would make tacos with low carb shells, fat free cheddar/mozzarella, green onions, lettuce and salsa.
Or make two batches of seasoning and make enchiladas.
