I'm not doing TOO bad as far as this article is concerned. Occasionally (on special occasions) I have a small steak or small serving of ribs but not the gigantic portions the article mentioned. And I sometimes have a smoked turkey sausage but I seldom eat hot dogs and when I do they are fat free. I don't buy ground beef. I usually eat fish, turkey, chicken, or pork tenderloin. I don't eat carnival/fair food. I seldom if every eat croutons or anything fried. I prefer lighter salad dressings and don't like Caesar or ranch. I don't like bratwurst or mayonnaise either. I don't drink alcohol and I seldom have a sweetened drink. I usually only eat healthy frozen treats. But............... I do have to watch those darned chips and salty snacks. They are my weakness.
