Barbara thanks again. My DH has just found out he has high blood pressure. The doctor recommended no salt. These are some good ideas. He loves flavor in his food.

Barbara, that Mrs Dash seasoning sounds great. I'll see if I can find it here in Ireland (I doubt it somehow...not fair!!!)

OVEN FRIES

option: sweet potatoes or white potatoes

Prep 10 minutes Bake 40 minutes 4 servings

4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 1/2 teaspoons paprike
3/4 teaspoon salt (I would probably cut down on salt)
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Cut eavh potato into 12 wedges. IN a large bowl, combine oil, paprike, salt & garlic powder. Add potatoes,...toss to coat.

Transfer to a 15 in x 10 in x 1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until tender, turning once.

Nutrition: 12 potato wedges = 204 calories, 4 g fat, 456 sodium, 39 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 5 g protein

I like to use Mrs Dash - Garlic & Herb seasoning Blend .....
Mrs Dash original blend or Extra Spicy (will a little Kick) ALL ARE SALT FREE
