OVEN FRIES
option: sweet potatoes or white potatoes
Prep 10 minutes Bake 40 minutes 4 servings
4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 1/2 teaspoons paprike
3/4 teaspoon salt (I would probably cut down on salt)
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Cut eavh potato into 12 wedges. IN a large bowl, combine oil, paprike, salt & garlic powder. Add potatoes,...toss to coat.
Transfer to a 15 in x 10 in x 1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until tender, turning once.
Nutrition: 12 potato wedges = 204 calories, 4 g fat, 456 sodium, 39 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 5 g protein
I like to use Mrs Dash - Garlic & Herb seasoning Blend .....
Mrs Dash original blend or Extra Spicy (will a little Kick) ALL ARE SALT FREE
