Do you have GERD in your own life or will you keep a daily food diary and start eliminating. Is tomatoes, citrus fruit, chocolate, coffee, tea, alcohol, carbonated drinks, fried & fatty foods, spicy fiods, dairy, creamy foods, foods cooked in butter, peppermint and spearmint something youy need to eliminate or is it something else causing problems. www.everydayhealth.com/gerd/managing
