Sometimes I eat a big breakfast and sometimes a small one.
I eat 6 small meals each day to control physical hunger and cravings with about 25-30 grams of fiber.
I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!

Barb- I get up and have hot tea (a large cup) and then I eat about 2 hours later. I try to eat a smll breakfast. If I eat a large one than I eat more all day.

I try to have my coffee before I get in the shower, and take any Med's and my FBS. Then I usually have some cereal, mainly oatmeal a glass of milk and try for some fruit. That will hold me till lunch Thanks again for finding us a great article.
Barb I found out about eating a bigger breakfast by accident, a month ago, I started eating more in the morning. When I ate more for breakfast I was not as hungry all day. I was surprised about eating chocolate for breakfast.
