I've got some ideas of my own worst foods not to keep at home so lets see what the world is about.... body.aol.com/diet/basics/worst-food

The 1st one is eye boggling with the calories etc... emoticon

#2...Change Your Chicken: 20 McNuggets have the same impact. Instead, choose Mickey D's six-piece offering with BBQ sauce and save yourself 530 calories.That's great if I had a Mickey D's around my neck of NC.

#4....Pick a Better Pie: Swanson's chicken pot pie has just 400 calories.

#5...The Truly Healthy Choice: Skip burgers entirely (few atRuby Tuesday come in under 1,000 calories). Instead, order a 9-ounce sirloin (just 256 calories) with a side of steamed vegetables.

#7. Wow!!! did you read the fat...and sodium level
85 g fat
4,510 mg sodium
96 g carbs

#10 Calories galory....

#20...Chili's Awesome Blossom

2,710 calories
203 g fat.....another EYE opener..
194 g carbs
6,360 mg sodium .. this amount of salt covers 3 days usuage

#21...even sharing thisAussie Cheese Fries with Ranch Dressing

2,900 calories
182 g fat
240 g carbs (fat devided three ways = about 60 ft grams)


keep reading the list...I've made a note of the restrurants in my area...will certainly avoid these foods...
