I've lost it somewhere in my house, its a 33 1/3 exercise album, by Fran Carlton, In the late 70'/early 80' she had a morning exercise 30 minute exercise program. Well, I bought one of her albums. One of the good exercises was the "woodchop"
Standing with leg spaced apart- you would raise your arms (like holding an AX or heavy book) and bend down to your right foot and back upward position and then precede back down to your left foot. She had an outline of all the exercises printed on the insert holding the record. What areas it helped and how many times to do exercise....
I've just gone thru all those old records stacked on top clothes shelf. It was great. Now I've gone thru all the video's also found 6 Richard Simmons, others and a few one I copied off TV. I' getting into the DVD's buying for the grandkids .
