Hi, Im BBTHOM1, a "new additional" Co-Leader on W8Watchers Superb Healthy Recipes. Starting this week, we are learning the 14 Super Foods. SUPERFOODS ARE THE MOST HEALTHY FOODS TO EAT. tHERE ARE MANY SUPERFOODS (ALL VEGETABLES AND FRUITS AND MANY MORE)BUT 14 OF THEM ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT.

Yesterday ON W8wATCHERS SUPERB HEALTHY RECIPES under
TOPIC: word search-printable I listed two sites, I printed off the two vegetables word searches , Last nite, I passed one to my DH and With our highlighters started them. I apparently had the 2 different ones together, thinking we both had the same one. I finished mine first, looking at his, from my chair, I noticed we had different ones. After getting the one he had.... I had to really concentrate. Gosh, one was tougher than the other. I had to angle the paper figuring where they had to be hiding.
It made me think, some days its harder trying to do those exercises , resisting that candy bar. Staying focus on our weight watchers program and SparkPeople, WE CAN DO IT. READ THRU ALL DAILY FORUM MESSAGES. One message just might help us today. Give someone else a goodie, send welcome message, notice if someone weight thoughts need a boast. YOU CAN MAKE A CHANGE.
