Yes I weigh in every day. It does not affect my mood. I keep track of my points. Weighing just lets me know where I am.

I think I am going start doing this because I am up up I need to get back to the basics, so I am back to reading on the ww site. Does anyone have blood sugar problems? Some days I try so hard and then boom I have low blood sugar and sad to say I eat anything in site sugar is what brings it back up for me. I need help in this area. My dd had a perfect baby girl, my sister in law only 49 had a massive stroke and we go to chicago over 9 hours away for her funernal, then back home in Nebr. for a service to bury her. So much stress right now, and oh yah another snow storm. My son graduates the 10 of may. To many things to do, oh I could go on and on. I just need to get on the right track. Sorry so long but am feeling desperate. Debbie in Nebr.emoticonemoticon

I will weight myself daily then Sometime its several days between. Weight depends on intake-output-water retention plus body fuctions.

Any scale can tell your weight but what about a scale that measures mass, water and fat?

I weigh in every day too.
When the scale is up I get more determination to eat healthier and to exercise and follow my plan.
It may affect my mood for one second or two... but not for more than two seconds!

I hate to say this but I weigh in everyday... that way if I slip up and gain a pound it is easier to get off one pound than to see more racked up at the end of the week...It keeps me more aware of what I am doing.
