This weekend I am going to buy more fruits and veggies and get some veggies that I don't like to try them again. Don't have too much "crap" in the house. I just have to get this stupid menopause under control and start working out in a pool.

I don't think I would like putting things in dark containers either, and I haven't had a light in my old refrigerators for years. Nothing in the frig. temps me anyway. Just the darn chocolate, and I will not buy any milk chocolate or I will eat it. emoticon

Wow, that's more than I ever thought of doing. I think it would be too hard to find what I need if we put everything in dark containers.

Today's tips ... 4/9/08


*** Store all foods in storage places out of sight. You are less likely to snack if you do not see any food.
Most food stored in the refrigerator should be put into containers that you cannot see through. It may even help to remove the light bulb from the refrigerator.


*** Put fruits and vegetables in see through containers to eat more of them.
