Great idea with the money! I definitely have to try that maybe that will get my big behind moving more emoticon I actually made it to my second WW meeting last night and only lost 3.6 pounds. I'm a little discouraged.

Motivate with Money

Put a dollar in a jar each time you work out. Ask your partner to match your donation.
On the first of each month, spend your earnings on a massage, manicure, or some new workout clothes.

Alternately, if you do better with reinforcement, set aside $30.00 a month and deduct a buck every time you miss a workout.
