Thanks for posting this. I just read about this in the other WW team this morning. I think it is a great guide and everyone almost at maintenance or already at maintenance should read it. There is a lot of great information in this.

Although the following guide is titled "Lifetime and maintenance guide", I think it's also a weight loss guide and is valuable to read while you're still losing the weight.

In my personal opinion, the only difference between losing the weight and maintenance is approximately extra 200 caloreis a day (2-4 WW points).....
Otherwise, we continue to do in maintenance the SAME EXACT things we did to lose the weight.
