Although the following guide is titled "Lifetime and maintenance guide", I think it's also a weight loss guide and is valuable to read while you're still losing the weight.
In my personal opinion, the only difference between losing the weight and maintenance is approximately extra 200 caloreis a day (2-4 WW points).....
Otherwise, we continue to do in maintenance the SAME EXACT things we did to lose the weight.
