Salmon - no
Olive Oil - need to buy some
Oats - sometimes
Apples - yes
Almonds - not to many...cashews though
Red Wine - Never
Whole Grains - every day
Green Leafy Veg - many times a week
Tomatoes - not too often
Soy - Never

1. Oats - All the time. Every day. My favorite is steel cut oats.

Olive oil - Yes. Every day

Apples - Yes

Almonds - No. I'll start to eat in small portions nuts and seeds.

Red wine - No. I don't care for wine. Just don't like it.

Whole - grains - Yes. All the time.

Salmon - Not enough. I do try to eat fish twice a week. I started recently to eat canned wild salmon. DELICIOUS!

Green leafy vegetables - I eat mostly spinach. I'll learn to eat other verieties.

Tomatoes - Yes

Soy - yes. All the time.

I need to work on four foods.

I used to use tofu relatively frequently, but over the years I've gotten out of the habit, so my soy intake is next to nothing. I'm also low on tomatoes, that is until they come into season and then we can't eat them fast enough to keep up with the plants in the garden.

I did disastrously in that question.

Salmon - never
Olive Oil - 2/3 times per week
Oats - never
Apples - once per week
Almonds - rarely
Red Wine - 1/2 times per month
Whole Grains - almost every day
Green Leafy Veg - 2/3 times weekly
Tomatoes - almost every day
Soy - never

Gotta take a good look at my foods!!!
