I went to Curves.
30 minutes plus 10 minutes streching and abs exercises.

I moved 50 mins yesterday.

Today I've moved 50 mins and will do another 60 later.

1) 30 minutes on the "Dreadmeal"
2) 20 minutes walking outside.
