Today I'm snacking on a sweet potato and Fiber one cereal with soy milk.

I love sweet potatoes. My favorite kind is the garnet sweet potatoes, the red colored ones. So sweet!

I like 1 thin corn tortilla .5pt, 1/4c refried beans .5pt, 1T ff sour cream .25pt, 2T salsa, yum!

Green salad with 1/2c red beans 1pt, 2T ff dressing=3pt.

1 1/2c mixed berries, 1 c buttermilk, sweetener or coffee flavoring=3pt.

1/2c Fiber one and ff milk=2pt.

3 egg whites, salsa=1pt.

Progresso vegetable soups 0pt.

Homemade vegetable soup 0pt.

A large flour tortilla, a sliced apple and peanut butter=I don't know the points. It is very satisfing.

A slice of toast, sf cocoa=2-3pt.

Rye Krisp, ff cream cheese, smoked salmon. I don't know the points for this either. I haven't eaten it for a long time. This, also, is very good.

An Alternative Bagel, ff cream cheese=3pt.

Then there are always the standbys-popcorn, fruit, vegs, milk, smoothies, Fruities.

Most of my having a snack is at work. I love the new Kelloggs Rasperry Bliss bars. I also have the applesauce unsweetened.

i like to bake a potato and then scrape the inside out.( you can save it for another time or give it to the kids as mashed potato.) then i steam or microwave broccoli or mixed veggies and chop them very fine. spray the inside of the potato skin with fat free parkay. spray the veggies with ff parkay and a 2 tsp goo romano. put veggies in potato skin and top with 1/2 slice of low fat provalone (25 cal.).
microwave for 25 second til cheese soft and enjoy. good fiber, low fat and tasty.

instead of the romano you can mix the veggies with a wedge of low cal. laughing cow cheese with garlic.

I LOVE the Fage yogurt too! I put a 1/2c frozen raspberries, a little bit of walnuts and a dash of honey! OH MY GOODNESS.

FF cottage cheese (1/2c) with 1 small apple cut up into small pieces and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on this -- that is usually my nighttime snack!

Apple slices with almond butter another one of my evening favorites.

Today I had a fantastic mini meal:

1) 1 1/2 cups of frozen vegetables, cooked in the Microwave (peas, corn, carrots, green beans)

2) 5 slices of sun dried tomatoes polenta (from a tube), sauted on high heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until brwoned on both sides

3) 1 cup fat free plain Fage greek yogurt with 1 cup frozen blackberries, defrosted (from Trader's Joe)and sweetened with Stevia.

4) 2 cups water

The yogurt has protein in it.

Absolutely yummy!
