1/2c Fiber one and ff milk=2pt.
3 egg whites, salsa=1pt.
Progresso vegetable soups 0pt.
Homemade vegetable soup 0pt.
A large flour tortilla, a sliced apple and peanut butter=I don't know the points. It is very satisfing.
A slice of toast, sf cocoa=2-3pt.
Rye Krisp, ff cream cheese, smoked salmon. I don't know the points for this either. I haven't eaten it for a long time. This, also, is very good.
An Alternative Bagel, ff cream cheese=3pt.
Then there are always the standbys-popcorn, fruit, vegs, milk, smoothies, Fruities.
