Jan 7th - 45 mins running on treadmill & 15 min abs
Jan 8th - 25 mins circuit training of upper body
Jan 9th - 45 mins cardio & 15 mins abs
Jan 10th - boot camp challenge fitness test (running, push ups, sit ups) & 25 mins circuit training lower body

Here is my schedule for tomorrow & Sat:
Jan 11th - 45 mins running on treadmill & 15 min abs
Jan 12th - 1st full boot camp challenge 1 hour
