This is something I have posted before, that I wrote myself. Remember back when ediets had a *tool box* and you could take little pep classes? I wrote this for that:

As my ideal self, I am confident. I can wear any article of clothing proudly, without trying to hide the fat parts. I have lots of self-discipline and I don't waste time or energy on negative things. As this person, I feel calm and in control of my eating and fitness. I am proud of my accomplishments, and my family is proud of me.
