I guess that proves that our eating habits need to be a lifestyle change and not a diet. Thanks for the reminder!

One thing that helps me in buffets and holidays: Fill your plate once. Don't let the foods touch-I have to be able to see the plate between the food. No stacking.

I've decided that I'm just as happy with a little food as a lot of food. I feel better when I'm not stuffed.

I've also decided that if I want to change my body, I have to change my head. Still a work in progress, but getting better.

Yes. You're right. This was the topic of our Weight Watchers meeting.

Anniversaries, Birthdays, Weekends....all can be considered as ADDITIONAL "Holidays" if we tend to over eat on those occations/celebrations.....

I USED to have the following "Holiday". No more!
Every night was a "Holiday", after a hard day of work and being tired, I "celebrated" with food.

Each person may have different "Holidays" than others...

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!

Approximately one-third of all days of the year could be considered holidays?
We are essentially living the Program in ONLY 8 MONTHS of each year instead of the FULL 12 !!!

Each holiday comes only once a year, but they all come EVERY year.

1. Choose a Winning Outcome
2. Commit to Strategies for success
3. Enjoy the results
