Adding to what Mimi said, this is kind of what I got from the meeting: (my notes)
My holiday plan: My holiday weight loss goal. Do I want to:
____Continue losing weight.
____Maintain weight-add as many as 4 points to points target each day for flex and add as many as 28 WPA for Core.
My holiday weight loss strategy (5 behaviors)
Holiday exercise plan:
My holiday plan for attending WW meetings.
If I get off-track I will: (make a plan)
How I will reward myself for sticking to this plan.

I have been doing this for about 2 years....taking care of me! It truly has de-stressed my life.
There is a saying....

I do not have to jump everytime someone tells me it is time to jump. I do not even answer a phone if it is not a convenient time for me. I wait until I am not busy. Good post!!

I went yesterday to my Weight Watchers meeting and the topic was excellent.
From now till January 1st, when you're so busy (and may be stressed because you're so busy), WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO FOR YOURSELF? WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?
NOT what you HAVE to do, but what you WANT to do.
If you take care of YOU, you'll manage your weight much better during the holidays (and avoid the Holidays gains).
Do you want to sit and relax and read a book? DO IT!
Do you want to go with your friends for lunch and relax? DO IT!
Make a list of what you WANT to do and MAKE TIME FOR YOU!
