Well, I'm not at maintenance, but my weight has definately gone up since my exercise has fallen by the wayside.
I haven't been able to get 'regular' since May of 2006. This last few weeks, I have made a point of exercising daily. It makes a big difference. I haven't crossed the 'hump' yet. You know, that place you get when you know you juse HAVE to get out there everyday. I'm hoping it is just over the next hill.
I have exercised since the mid-late ? 70s until last year. I have always had a physcal job. I feel better when exercising and we all need the endorfins.
I don't just love exercise, but I'm not satisfied with myself without it. (If that makes sense.)
