I absolutely hate to exercise but I do it because if I don't I may gain weight back and I actually feel guilty by not exercising. It's like I'm cheating myself out of not doing everything I possible can to improve my lifestyle.
Love it!! I'm bummed I can't do much because I'm sick right now, but am going to do what I can in 15-minute segments.
Energy and persistence conquer all things.
Hated exercise I NEVER exercised! Then my MD said "Do it" I now love riding my bike and even using the dumbells and treadmill. So I exercise because I need it!
Oh I agree totally-
I have lost weight many time before but never with exercise. I notice a big difference in the way I have lost the weight. The area that are more toned- that never got really toned before. Lots of the lumps and bumps are gone or going away much faster. I hate exercising but once Im at the gym and I start I feel good- and I feel great when Im done. I also feel so good about myself at the end of the week when I know I went to the gym 4-5 times. Its priceless...
I have to keep doing this -no matter what!
it gives me a reason to wake up sometimes!! it makes me feel like i have accomplished something for the day.
i wouldn't be as able bodiedied as i am without it!!
Well, for me it depends on what type of exercise it is. I love to walk and dance stuff like that but when it comes to crunches I dont like too much.
I know that I HAVE to exercise or I will gain and gain more weight. It relaxes me sometimes andcially when my back hurts it helps stretch it out.

Well, I'm not at maintenance, but my weight has definately gone up since my exercise has fallen by the wayside.
I haven't been able to get 'regular' since May of 2006. This last few weeks, I have made a point of exercising daily. It makes a big difference. I haven't crossed the 'hump' yet. You know, that place you get when you know you juse HAVE to get out there everyday. I'm hoping it is just over the next hill.
I have exercised since the mid-late ? 70s until last year. I have always had a physcal job. I feel better when exercising and we all need the endorfins.
I don't just love exercise, but I'm not satisfied with myself without it. (If that makes sense.)

I couldn't stay at maintenance without it.
I love how I feel when I'm done and the rersults I get from it.
I never exercised before this time around.
I've lost 30-50 pounds many, many times in the last 35 years and never with exercise (I HATED EXERCISE WITH A PASSION!)
It's now a good habit (after 5 years of working on this habit), but I still don't LOVE exercise.
Please share your thoughts about exercise.....
