Hey Lisa, I'm glad you are feeling better this week. For me, I think the smoothie was the impetus to improve everything about my diet. I went raw on Monday but I'm still going to give the smoothie the gold star this week. They fill me up!
I tried the beet tops and they were good so those are a keeper. I'm not a big parsley fan but what the heck, I'll give those a try too. It's nice not being lethargic after a meal. I have my fingers crossed that I don't revert back to my over processed meals.
Great job on your exercise streak! I'm a runner but during the week have no motivation to run. It's just too cold and early for me but I'm hoping with my new increase of NRG that I'll make the time.
I have chard and kale in the fridge but haven't used them yet. In fact, I keep reverting back to spinach so I need to improve in that area too. But at least I'm back with the daily smoothies! Yay us!
