5/19/12 -- did not blend my greens (watercress)
5/20/12 -- pkg'd green smoothie (Vegn brand)

5/22/12 -- spinach (blended alone with water; I ate my fruit whole)
5/23/12 -- kale / grapes
5/24/12 -- I ate my greens whole
5/25/12 -- morning: pkg'd green smoothie evening: Shanghai bok choy / pear
5/26/12 -- spinach (alone with water)
5/27/12 -- radish greens / grapes
5/28/12 -- Swish chard / banana
5/29/12 -- did not blend my greens (arugula)
5/30/12 -- no vegetables at all today, apart from frozen fries
5/31/12 -- cooked my greens today; had soup for breakfast including watercress & soya sprouts (yum!); then radish leaves (among other veggies) in my omelet at lunch
As I am updating this on June 14, I have given up on my commitment to have a green smoothie every day. My blender broke on June 7 while I was preparing a spinach smoothie, I made a delicious spinach casserole with the greens and somehow my craving for green smoothies did not come back when I got a new blender. In fact I can see on this post that my commitment started to wane on May 18, which also happens to be the day that I had gone on a 10-day computer-fast.
Thanks for this challenge; because of it, I was able to learn new things about green smoothies and about myself.

4 stalks of celery with leaves, chopped 1 ripe avocado 1 medium organic cucumber, with skin, chopped (I didn't have organic) 1 lemon, juiced Handful fresh parsley 1 clove garlic Pinch Himalayan salt 1 cup water Blend together until smooth and creamy and enjoy!
