sorry everyone.I join then disappear.Had some major busy times with my niece and her hubby going out of state for a few weeks then broke down for 5 days so between my mom,sister and I we divided up their 3 girls plus I had 2 of their dogs and for me that is alot of work since I am disabled but wanted to pull my weight( heehee,oh thats a ton!! emoticon
anyways.I wasnt able to post or do anything much but I have kept my healthy eating habits and drank my water and recorded my meals so that in itself is a biggie for me..slowly but surely losing a pound a week the healthy way.Tried a few chair exercises when my nieces were here.lol.They keep a person active whether they wanna be or not..lol
All in all..I survived,lol, and will try and post once a day..again..very sorry for having such a bad start. emoticon

p.s plus had a death in the family that really shook us all up for awhile ( my beloved furry nephew of almost 18 years).We all were in a real severe funk for awhile. emoticon

Let's end our hybernation. Spring is upon us and we all know what that means: we start wanting to drink more green smoothies and wake ourselves up from the cold winter months.

This challenge is designed to get us participating as a team unit. When we give we automatically receive. We join teams in order to get education and support for our health goals.

How this works: Each day give yourself a emoticon emoticon for participating on the team. Keep a running total for the amount of days you participated next to the cheerleader emoticon - listed under the Fitness tab in emoticon.

The team mates with the top 10 totals will get a team goodie for their participation.

Yvonne and I will not be participating in this one but will be watching and cheering you on ourselves
