I have her 1 mile, 2 mile(diabetic) and 3 mile dvd's I have not used them for some time, I guess now is as good a time as any to get back into it. I also have some Tony Horton 10 minute trainer dvd's, they're pretty good too. And they really are just 10 minutes. I really should get back into it.
My downstairs is on a slab, so I don't like doing the walking on that floor, so if I do, I will use my little re-bounder (mini trampoline) to do my walk. I've heard that using one of those is a good thing, but can't remember why.
