Looks like I'll get a Omron. I checked Amazon and most of the people rating them, liked them.

Thanks all for responding!!

I use an Omron pedometer. It has total steps, cardio steps, calorie count and miles. You can get it at CVS or Walgreens. Cost is about $39. It hold 7 days of data.

I use an Omron and I like that it keeps track of the last 7 days and automatically resets itself at midnight. I wear mine all day long and I always know how active I have been for the day and can increase steps if I find I'm not doing well. emoticon emoticon

I use an Omron, I think it is the HJ-112. I love that I can put it in my pocket and it still works. Don't need to put it on a belt or waist band. It has a security strap if you do want to clip it on your belt. It is accurate, and lightweight.
