Hope you are hanging in there. You have to eat vegtables it sounds like and maybe fish or chicken. Not that hard really. I am allergic to wheat and corn which means no bread. It is bad for you anyway.I bet you are feeling better. Stay on it you wont be sorry.

I went up mainly because I was drinking so much water on my 3 day Cancer Walk. Hope to get it back off.

Allergy doctor put me on strict elimination diet. No processed foods, wheat, corn, sugar (except small amounts of raw honey and maple syrup), tomatoes, red meats and citrus fruits. Nothing to drink except water. Thought it would be hard but actually enjoying it. Started 3 weeks ago at 174 and now am at 168. Please pray that God gives me the strenght to continue. I have another three weeks but will probably try to make this a permanent thing with a few adjustments. God Bless you all and keep on losing. Kathy

I was getting close to my goal but have been heading the other way. I have been telling myself stories and letting myself slip into bingeing. I have been exercising but the scale is still moving up. I do not want to gain everything back - so Monday is restart, remotivate and do what I know works. Is anyone else having a struggle this fall?

I know it's not Monday but had to post my bloat. I went from 163 to 167.5 in 24hrs, Now THAT is bloat! UGH! Hope all of you are doing well!

I gained too much muscle last week plus Sunday through Tuesday this week for a scale to lose/change, however, my clothes are fitting a little nicer

HA! and I started this post! Had a viral 24hrs of vomiting and you-know-what, and lost 3# of fluid, then got ravenous and needed to rehydrate in a big way, and the upshot is, I am up 6#. UGH, big UGH! It has to be primarily fluid, and I haven't felt like moving around much, just crawling through the Strength Tracker while conserving calories :) Will be on-track this week and am finally feeling well again. It took about 4 days though the purging part was only 24hrs. No idea in the world what caused it. Good luck this week, everyone! emoticon

No I just got back to working out again after having a real bad case of pneumonia and now I am trying to get ready for a total knee replacement this Friday. That will take me out of exercising for about 6 weeks or more.

Myself, I yoyo'd some but settled out at about 2.5# all told. I changed my 1400 calorie Late Night grazing to 400 calorie fruit salad over Cheerios w/ yogurt on top. May sound bizarre, but so are most of my eating habits. It's working!
