In 19 days I am going to the city for a meeting - my goal is to be binge free for 19 days. I want to buy some new shoes and capris. Even though I am getting close to my weight goal I have been having binge trouble. As of now I am done with that. I am counting down to Day zero and my new shoes. I feel stronger already now that you all know my goal.

When I reach my next goal (moving into the 140's) I am going to get my hair styled totally differently from the way I have worn it for the past 10 years!

When I get to my next goal I will take a day to walk at least 12 miles on the beach....I love it.

I am just starting my healthy eating and fitness journey. BUT I AM 4lbs lighter whoo hoo. The arrow is going down so for me to see this is a goal that I have been struggling with for about 8months hugz J

My reward is seeing that I am losing weight on the scale and my clothes fit me a lot better. emoticon
