walk 2 miles a day it takes me about 2 hours to walk it
i drink 16 ozs of water a day
i dance around in the house for about 40 min. a day
i exercise for about 30 mins. a day
i eat lots of yogurt in the past 2 weeks
thats what ive been doing in the past 2 weeks
hoping to do better

The day was over cast and a little cool, but it worked for me. I incorporated my walks in doing errands so they had double purpose.
