I'm looking to lose at least four lbs.. Don't want to set it to high, because if I didn't hit it, it may be to discouraging! Starting my second month and I really feel great and happy with the momentum I have. I did lose six last month, but some of that may have been attributed to the colonoscopy I had this week.
I would love to lose 5 lbs this month and get my knee feeling better. One day at a time. I feel like a test animal in a lab. Will have my 1 year Spark anniversary the end of this month, and wouldn't have believed how my year has gone.
