Not a good evening, had dinner out at an Italian Restaurant with all the secretaries of our school district. They just kept bringing more and more food. Ate one or two pieces of each antipasto dish, had salad and pasta. When entrée came, I had it wrapped to take home, but I couldn’t resist the spumoni. Did drink a lot of water though, probably around 8 4 oz glasses.

Oops .. posted on the wrong place first.
Count me in too. I'm committed to eating "more" calories than I have been eating since everyone tells me I'm not eating enough.
So Calorie range set by SP is 1300 - 1650.
