Turns out I may be too late for what I was hoping to do! I was hoping to join the online community for EA Active and other EA workout Wii games. EA announced on their own site that as of April 13th, their online communities for such games are no longer up. Good grief!
I still want to try these other tips though, so thanks!!!
I've been curious about this, too, so I googled it. Here's what I found...
this one gives instructions on how to connect to a specific friends' Wii so you can share Miis and messages, etc: http://www.pcworld.idg.com.au/article/30 1264/wii_friend_codes_how_play_friends _online/
and this one shows how to connect with a specific friend thru a game: http://www.ehow.com/how_5684938_play-wii -online-friends.html
I believe a game must specifically have built-in online multi-player capabilites for it to work. In other words, not just any old Wii game can be played over the internet. Bummer.
But I'm off to give this a try!! (My son has a Mario game he can test out with his buddy.)
I haven't heard of that, but if you have Wii Games and a friend has Wii Games, you can compete with each other. I think you need the number of the other person's Wii Console and they need yours and then you can compete or workout together.

Hi! I just got a router for internet access through my Wii and am wondering if there are exercises games I can play through the 'net as a competition. I am better about working out when I strive to win. Are there any games like this? If so, how do I use these features? THANKS!
