I got to try it for a few minutes the other night, it was a kind of fun exercise. I don't see it as fitting into my 'workout' games, but it could be a fun extra for my evening exercises.
In the meantime, I have been puppysitting this week, so I haven't had much time for structured exercise, but the puppy makes sure I get plenty of walks and play :)
