I just received the New U Fitness First Yoga and Pilates for my birthday. Wow, what a workout. I thought I would go with the intermediate program and have done two days this week and really did a great workout. I very thrilled with the program, so far.

So far, it's been pretty interesting. I usually find myself swearing at the trainer, but it makes me stick with it somehow (sort of like me going to a real-life exercise class). You get to choose your experience level, you get to choose what you want to achieve by working out, and you get to choose from 3 trainer styles -- the upbeat 'can-do' lady, the 'mother earth' lady, or the 'shut up and do it' lady. I chose the 'do it' lady and used weight loss as a goal -- a few times it seems to hard to keep going -- I might bump myself down to a goal of toning so maybe it'll go easier on my for a little bit. So far, I've really like this and would recommend it. I haven't had it for very long. Has anyone else give this a try?
