Well, I missed my goal AGAIN in May (although, I think I would have easily hit it if I counted all the minutes I spent doing the Wii Free Step while watching HGTV shows!). I'm staying with the same goal with complete confidence (I mean it!) that I will hit it this month. I'm taking on a 30 - 30 minute walk challenge in June. It is just a 30 minute walk every day (on top of my other exercise).
***EDITED: I decided to up my goal to 1500 minutes. I realized that I would hit at least 900 minutes just from my walking challenge!
How many fitness minutes will you pledge for June?
For this challenge you decide how many minutes you will do each day/ week and multiply by 30/ 4 to get your goal. Post your goal and return to this thread daily / weekly to record your minutes and update your progress towards goal/ minutes left.
You can post just the number of minutes, or the exercise you did along with the number of minutes
Example: Goal set: 1000 minutes 6/1: 30 minutes strength training 6/2: 60 minutes zumba 6/3: 20 minutes heavy cleaning
minutes left: 890
