I never had that prblem with eggs sorry don't know what to say their....you could go onto the eat clean diet site and ask the staff there they wuld be able to help you. Heres the link if you want it...
Started today I did the day one breakfast with no problems but I can't get most of these foods is there a place to find more alternatives than the the list in the book. I don't handle eggs well I can eat them but the umm lets call it disastrous Gas. Is a bit to much to handle and that is a lot of eggs.Some of this food called hummus I never heard of and we live almost 2 hours from a wholesfood store. Is there a replacement for that? Is it good lol I never seen it. I love the workout today I watched the video before I did it and its very good I did fall off my ball a lot. It sinks into much I am going to add more air to it,
Hi Joey what I do with my bananas when they start turning a little brown, I peel them and wrap them with saan wrap or place them in a zip loc baggie and freeze them then use them in my smoothies/protein shakes. If you cook up chicken for a full week you should freeze them as chicken starts to go bad after 3 days in the fridge...I bake a whole turkey eat some then freeze the rest in serving sizes its awesome when you need a healthy snack or are short on time and need something quick for a meal. HI, I HAVE A FEW'S QUESTIONS IF I MAY, I AM NOT A VERY GOOD COOK, WELL I DO KNOW A THING OR TWO BUT I HAVE BEEN BUYING GREEN VALLEY STEAMER VEGGIES AND FREEZE THEM ALONG WITH CHICKEN BREAST AND I USE A LOT OF BANANAS IN SMOOTHIES AS WELL AS BEFOR MORNING WORK OUT BUT I AM NOT MUCH ELSE FOR OTHER STUFFS, BUT CAN SOMEONE TELL ME THE BEST WAY TO KEEP BANANA GOING BAD SO FAST, AND I HAD TO CHANGE AROUND THE EATING GUIDE AS WELL AS REPLACE SOME FOODS AS I AM ALLERGIES TO A LOT OF THEM AS WELL. I LIKE TO BAKE MY CHICKEN BREAST IN OVEN WITH VEGGIES AND THEN SAVE THEM FOR THE WEEK, IS THIS BAD?? I KNOW A LOT ABOUT WORKING OUT BUT VERY LITTLE ABOUT COOKING, I AM GOOD AT MICROWAVING BUT I GUESS THAT DON'T COUNT, LOL. THANK YOU , JOEY
Its not!! It's a challenge for sure! I try to get my hubbie to eat his junk food anywhere but around me....but my mother likes to bake lots of desserts like cinnamon buns and cake, what I do with the desserts is freeze them in my basement it does help a lot with my cravings at night due to the fact I am to tired to go into the basement at night for a goodie which is good. But it is a challenge for sure.
