I doubled up yesterday on Total body and core dynamics. And although my bosy was still sore, I amanaged to do cardio challenge before going to church this morning. A Sunday workout is a major feat for me!

Just completed Day 4 (shoulders and arms). I've never worked my arms out in so many different ways before; my triceps still burn! Monday's intro was definitely a challenge; Tuesday's stability-ball workouts (some of my favorites cuz they're so effective) were all-over difficult; Wednesday's rest was a welcome (LOL!); and yesterday's Tabata was...OMG! I could definitely use another rest day because some of my muscles are still sore and fatigued, but you don't see results unless you push through...and eat protein.

Just gotta say: I am really loving S90! I can't wait to see how much I've improved in just 2 weeks!

I plan on restarting this in July. The first time i did this, i kept missing days and, after more than 90 days, i still hadn't completed the program. i am going to try to do the whole thing through but with some substitutions (I can't stand the ball workout). i think part of my problem the first time around was not enough variety. So, i will incorporate some other videos that cover the same body parts. I had done the Jamie eason Livefit program, but had a very hard time FINDING TIME to incorporate my cardio. At least with this series, it's built in. See you in July!!

I take this challenge on...I have been doing the program and I intended to do the complete 90 days, I have been slack over the past 10 day (I have been walking instead of Supreme 90).

I am jumping back at it tomorrow with total body and I will finish up the full 90 days.

I have gotten great results with the program so far, and I really want to continue. I am also walking 20-25 miles a week, so I am taking on alot right now, but I can do it.
