Hello, My name is Casaundra. I began seriously trying to lose this extra weight I am packing at the beginning of this month. At that time I weighed in at 296.6 lbs (June 1st). As of today(June 16th) I am at 283.8 lbs. I am seeing the numbers drop and I am excited... I am glad I found this group and I hope that this will help to keep me on track so that I can continue to see these numbers fall. Good Luck on your own personal journey's. :)

I'm happy to report that at my weight in time on Saturday morning, I was down 2 lbs from the previous week!. That's 3 lb total weight loss in 2 weeks of sparking. It's a great start and I'm really excited. Had a pretty lazy weekend weight-wise, but spend yesterday evening hiking some CRAZY hills and burned over 1000 calories!!!

I weighed in last night as usual, but the scale wasn't nice to me. I went up 1.2 lbs in the past week, so I'm now at 266.4. :-(

Well today is June 11th. 2012, I have made it my own personal goal to weigh in every Monday so I will of coarse be posting it here on our weekly weigh in.
Today my current weight is 272.2, I have given myself small goals to getting to my ultimate goal of 185lbs. So I am determine to get there. I hope everyone has a blessed week!!!

I would like to start posting my weigh in every week here. I have not been doing great at all and have not managed to lose anything. I have lost some inches but not very much to speak of. I joined in January and haven't lost anything. My weight right now is 231. I will be weighing in on wednesdays. I hope this will encourage me to keep motivated.

Ok so I weighed myself today and I was very excited to see another number on the scale!!! Today's weight for me is 265lbs. I am so excited and happy that I went straight to the gym to work out. I must admit that I had been slacking off and not tracking anything, but today's weigh in made me smile and say to myself, "I need to continue to focus on my goals and get back on track because I know I CAN DO IT!!!". emoticon

I lost 3 pounds this week!!! The only problem with my great numbers this week is I know it's going to come back. I was travelling this week and had terrible motion sickness for the first time ever. I was on a train for 2 1/2 days and most of the trip I was sick. So my weigh in is very misleading this week. Hopefully I will be able to keep those numbers down and not gain too much back as I start to eat normally again.

I've lost 10# before while using SP. I gained back 5# and now I'm starting over again. This past Monday is when I started watching what I was eating and drinking. Today I will start working out.....

Since I work nights and everyone will be posting their weight in the morning, I will post my weigh in now.
Monday- 235
Friday- 234.6

Congratulations on your loss! Sorry it isn't as much as you would've liked, but at least it was something. Remember that us PCOS gals have a hard time losing weight! Maybe you are just gaining muscle so the weight isn't coming off...muscle weighs more than fat. Keep with it and before you know it you'll see those numbers on the scale dropping.

I'm starting a vacation next week so I hope that I can keep things under control for next week's weigh in!

I weigh in at 111kg even so i lost 100 grams. I have been trying too but I think its time for me to go to my doc and have my thyroid checked again. I have been tired aswell so think that may be the problem. I also started a new job which envolves alot of standing and heaving boxes of stock. I will get there. But atleast I lost some. Keep up the great work, you are doing so very well and its great to see.

So, how did you do this week? It is Friday...time for your weekly weigh-in. Hopefully you had a great week!

I had another good week. I lost 1.5 pounds this week! Yesterday I hit a milestone of 10 pounds lost! YEAH!

I weigh myself daily (I know you shouldn't), but doing this weekly weigh-in logging is a great weigh to really see how I did. Even though I am seeing daily changes, it's nice to look at the whole week and see my accomplishments. Thanks for setting this up!

Well I redid my weigh in the way I usually would and I acytually lost 600grams. Not much but it DID happen LOL. I dont mind if I lose 600g everytime cause eventually it will all be gone. Thanks again for being so supportive and being active on the team. Im hoping most of the members get active again.

Now that you mention it, I do have more energy and Im alot happier than I have been. I also realised that I weighed myself fully clothed in the middle of the day and I usually weigh myself first thing in the morning and naked. I will do it again in the morning and see what the result is. Thankyou for being so supportive. It really has helped me this week.

I haven't been able to steadily workout yet. The few days I did I also gained weight. I figured for now I am losing and not having to suffer through working out (I hate it and haven't found something I love yet). I know eventually I will plateau and have to add something, but I'm happy for now.

I read a blog (I think it was a blog) the other day that said you have to focus on the internal changes. Even though you didn't lose weight on the scale your body is changing. Do you have more energy? Do your clothes fit a little less snug or better? Those are the kinds of ways that you can tell you are making a difference. Hang in there, even though the scale went the wrong way, you are making a difference!
