Trying to get a feel as to how team members wish to move forward with challenges.
Certainly some of you envision or are a part of other teams that have great ideas in the way of intermittent (weekly?/17 day?/monthly?) challenges that allow you to participate in, silently watch or occasionally comment on the journey.
So, here is a list of questions to help refine the inquiry...comments welcome as well...
1. Do you enjoy having the option of a challenge?
2. If yes, what about frequency/duration?
a. quarterly/seasonally? yes/no/not so much
b. monthly? yes/no/not so much
c. 17 days? yes/no/not so much
3. Focused or Diverse?
(ie Focused (single accomplishment)
Setting a drinking daily water quota and recording daily outside of tracker
Eating the rainbow in veggies - recording daily achievements
NOT eating some specific thing (added sugar, etc)
Weigh daily or Delay weighing for entire cycle
Blog daily or 3 times a week
Check in daily
(ie Diverse (multiple goals offered)
Pick your own areas
Exercise 17 minutes/10 glasses water/3 green tea
4. Don't ask me...just come up with something and I will join in if I feel like it!
5. I saw this in another group and it sounds like fun (describe)
