Oh boy.. I almost missed this one. Yesterday was a super-busy day.. I usually just work mornings, but subbed afternoon, then immediately after kids got off school, we headed down to our church youth group fundraiser. whew.
Interesting reading the replies here.. I had no idea about prunes, because I don't generally eat them. I do drink coffee & tea, and I do know that he mentions them as something odd.. zero water? We can't call them a "water" because the caffiene counteracts the water - other plans I've been on have mentioned that as well.. like atkins & south beach I think... so that part I knew, but you're right.. I don't remember him mentioning to drink it BEFORE the meal. I've typically been drinking mine AFTER. And Cinna, yah - decaf is fine. I drink decaf half of the day.
