IAJOEB, if you don't want to do both, you can just log in the quick track and that will post in the SparkAmerica top cities list, the other tracker is just for yourself. The quick track is easy too, you just put in how many minutes and type in what you did, it's not like the other tracker where you have to search for the exercise and then add it to the tracker and put in the minutes and how far and all that.
I was thinking of doing a challenge like we do in another team I am on, and that is post how many minutes of exercise you do each day, and then add it to the team exercise, for example:

exercise: 30
team exercise: 30

the next person would copy and paste that, then change the numbers:

exercise: 10
team exercise: 40

What does everyone think about doing this til we get 10,000 points?

The little quik track is for spark america, and you need to log it in there also. But that's what will move sacramento up the ranks, at least that is the way I understand it to be.

Yes that's the one I was thinking of. I ususally do my Cardio minutes in the lower section and that's it. I'll start double posting.

XTMONT-they are not joined. You have to log them separately. Only on the fitness minutes though, the other trackers are updated automatically when you log in your food.
I'm talking about the little "quick track" on the top, left side of the ""my fitness" page. Is that the one you meant too?

I had assumed that they were joined...If I logged my minutes on my tracker that it would automatically update SA?

Great! We are currently in the 39th place, let;s go for the 10th place!! I wonder why you only got 12 points? You should of had 24 points for 60 minutes! Did you log it in both places? On your tracker and the little quick track for sparkamerica? I don't know???

I'm in! I've got boot camp classes three times a week for 60 minutes each, then I try to get in at least two running sessions of 30 - 45 minutes.

Friday ( May 5th) I walked for 2.8 miles and it took me 60 minutes. That's 24 spark points for cardio! Anyone up for a challenge of doing at least 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week?

What exercises are you doing and for how long and how often?
Let's see if we can get Sacramento in the top 10 cities in May!
