I started this group because I started following this plan a week ago. I cannot believe the change in how I feel in such a short time. I want to continue on the great path I am on right now. I am hoping to find more people following this plan, or interested in following this plan so that we can help each other out.
So far 5 days in and down 5.4 pounds.
I did take pictures the day I started.....ugh they are something I would love to burn, but when I get progress pictures that show the changes I am making I will post them!
