My veggies for the day have been collards, okra and cabbage.
I haven't had any fruits today - I don't know what it is with me and fruit, especially in winter - I just don't like them.

I sent a Spark Goodie candy cane.

I love that I am loyal.

Sara to send spark goodies, go the the member you want to send it to's sparkpage, click give "member's name" a goodie, on the page that comes up, there are different tabs that have different goodies per tab and click whatever one you want to send them...you can even add a note to them too, then click "send goodie" and you've sent it!!

I ate 5 friuts and veggies yesterday and did 10 minutes on the eliptical - would have done more but was too close to bed time. What I like about myself are my eyes. I would send a spark goodie if I knew what that was.

Yesterday I ended up getting sick and not eating. Today I am making homemade chicken soup. That will be one serving of vegetables. I had blueberries with my cereal. I have an apple with either peanut butter or laughing cow cheese. I will have two clementines for a snack.

I have given a holiday goodie to a team member.

I got about 3 servings of veggies incl. cabbage and grape tomatoes. Ate a couple bananas, too. Will step it up tomorrow. I ate salsa chicken for a late dinner, but it's hurting my tummy.

I gave a couple goodies away...that's always fun.

Count me in! I did 1 and 4 ( 5 veggies today and 15 min exercise) I think 3 is the hardest for me- I love that I am caring, i guess that is why I chose to be a nurse. Now to send goodie!

I'm going to try really hard to participate in the challenge!

Today, I had broccoli, a thick tomato slice and some chopped pickles. I haven't had any fruit yet, but I plan to eat a banana for a snack tonight.

I sent a holiday SparkGoodie to IAMAGEMLOVER (she's helped me so much and is a wonderful inspiration!!!)

I love that I am an empathetic person (most of the time!)

I cleaned my whole house today for hours and hours. Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, moving furniture, picking up, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleanings and some extra little chores that I only take care of when company is coming!! I don't usually exercise that much and I am hurting A LOT, but at least my house is clean for the holidays! Yea!!!

I'm accepting this challenge. I scrolled through the enthusiastic members who have joined before me and sent of a goodie. I have had only one serving of veggies today. Zero on the fruit! Exercise to come yet this evening. The hardest challenge of all? Posting something I love about myself. I'm thrilled that I do not give up! I will be healthy, fit, and trim.

1. Especially around this time with all the goodies, parties and big meals, it is most important to remember to eat your 4-6 servings of fruits and vegetables, so make sure you get them in!! (veggie and fruit trays are GREAT snacks to take to a party or get-together)

2. Each day, give a holiday Sparkgoodie to a different Team ~Indygirl member with a note of encouragement to stay on track for the holidays emoticon

3. Because during the holidays so much of our time and energy is spent on others, EVERY DAY post something that you LOVE ABOUT YOURSELF! You have to remember YOU are important too!!

4. Do atleast 10 minutes of exercise every day!! Especially those days you are too tired from all the festivities of the holidays!!
