I switch between sugar-free almond milk and add sweetener, Lite Soy milk, and sometimes Rice Milk. Rice milk has a lot of carbs but if I can't tolerate the others I use the rice milk. It's especialy good on cereal.
Just saw this. I think this is a good plan. I've actually been drinking more milk since starting Spark this time around....it helps me feel full and satisfied. I was thinking of switching from 2% to skim, but I've been reading too many negative things about skim milk. I want to start getting organic milk again. Sometimes we even get raw milk straight from the Amish or other farmers....it's even more nutritious. But it can be pricey.
Kroger is running a special this week where you get free milk (a gallon of regular milk or a 1/2 gallon of organic milk) when you buy participating Quaker products. I'm going to buy some Kashi GoLean cereal, some granola bars, etc.

I am doing everything ,but the dairy. I can't handle milk. I eat very little when I go out to eat and then eat only veggies and a small portion of meat that is backed, broiled , no fried food anymore.when I eat out ,which is not often, I allow myself to have a sugar-free desert, because it is usually a special occasion. I keep it all within my calorie count for the day.

Weight loss surgery is stomach surgery, NOT Mind surgery.
Change the MIND AND Change the BODY
MAKE UP YOUR MIND You are NOT going to Quit
You are NOT going to Sit
MAKE UP YOUR MIND You are going to GET UP and GET MOVING !!!!
Great advice Indy. I'm doing all of that already except for buying the organic dairy products. The organic dairy products may be healthier for me but I don't believe it will help me to lose weight. They cost more money too.
