We get a lot of our recipes from spark like veggie chili, slow cooker salsa chicken, roasted veggies, slow cooker lasagna, slow cooker marinara chicken just to name a few and sometimes we even make these recipes healhier by changing the beef to turken or chicken and what not. We use a lot of black beans, brown rice and whole wheat also. You would be surprised how much more satisfied you feel when you start eating healthier.
