I am just returning to SP and my weight loss journey after many months of abstance. I will resume my previous exercise schedule with water aerobics 3 times a week, and yoga 2 times a week. I will try to slip in my wall push-ups everyday.

I HAVE TO WALK MORE AND EXERCISE LESS. I AM STARTING TO GET LEG CRAMPS AGAIN. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THE BEST WAY TO STOP THEM IS TO DRINK AN 8 OUNCE GLASS OF TONIC WATER (I USE DIET) BEFORE I GO TO BED. THE QUININE IN IT IS WHAT PREVENTS THE LEG CRAMPS. IF YOU GET A PRESCRIPTION FOR QUININE IT CAN REALLY BE COSTLY AND ALSO MESS UP YOUR STOMACH BUT TONIC WATER HAS JUST ENOUGH TO DO THE JOB AND IS CHEAP!

I AM STILL DOING THE CHAIR DANCING BUT I HAVE ACTUAL BRUISES ON THE BACK OF MY THIGHS SO THIS CHAIR - EVEN WITH A PAD - MAY NOT BE THE BEST CHOICE BUT IT IS ALL I CAN COME UP WITH AT THIS TIME! THE LAST CHAIR I TRIED GAVE ME MORE MOBILITY BUT IT COLLAPSED BENEATH MY WEIGHT.

I AM TRYING TO FIND A CHAIR THAT I CAN COMFORTABLY DO CHIR DANCING ON. IT HAS TO BE STRONG ENOUGH TO HOLD ME BUT COMFORTABLE ENOUGH NOT TO TEAR MY SKIN OFF.

I KNEW I HAD A DRS. APPOINTMENT THIS AFTERNOON AND I DECIDED TO PARK IN THE RAMP AND WALK ALL THE WAY IN AND BACK AGAIN. I AM ALLERGIC TO THE SUN SO I HAD TO BE COMPLETELY COVERED UP WHICH MADE IT HOTTER, BUT I FELT GREAT ABOUT DOING IT.

I HAVE TO DO IT - WHETHER IT HURTS OR NOT. I HAVE TO GET A CUP OF COFFEE BEFORE I CAN EVEN GET DRESSED - SIMPLY BECAUSE IT MAKES MY MEDS WORK FASTER. (DR. SUGGESTION). THEN I CAN START SLOWLY AND BUILD UP TO ABOUT A NORMAL PERSON'S HALF SPEED.

Tomorrow, I'm spending the day at our local RenFaire as roaming entertainment, so I'll walk around our faire chatting up the "mundanes". Monday its back to my one on one with nature as I do my walk. Then we have a vacation, so we'll be walking all over DC and outlying areas. Lots and lots of walking!!!

When I go to the gym tomorrow I will ride the recumbent bike, work with the weight machines. I
may also do some exercises in the warm pool. Really like working with weights.

I also want to ask about swim lessons. With Ra, Fibro, and other health issues swimming would be a good option. I'm also considering a zumba class or aqua classes,
Not really sure if I can keep up with the class.
