...well it got tough last night, as my DH brought out cheese cubes and crackers!! But my days calorie count is safe...can't say the same for his! I resisted, so he ate the whole plate full by himself! LOL!

Easy peezy for me on this challenge...no snacking after 8 pm...

except when my before bed BG # is under 100...then it's pb & something, an apple, crackers or toast.

Won't be doing this one...my partner sometimes doesn't get home from work until 10pm, so on those days that is when I eat dinner...I don't have a problem with evening snacking luckily.
